Here's how you do it:
1/ Bring water to a boil and pour the boiling water into a bowl and place the rail in the hot water for 15 to 20 seconds.
2/ Remove the rail from the hot water and let it cool for two seconds. The rail will be hot but not burning.
3/ Place the splint over the dental arch, under or over, - massage the splint into place with your fingers.
4/ After one minute, remove the splint from the mouth and cool it under running cold water for at least two minutes.
The rail is ready for use.
