Split-control is the gentle and minimally invasive alternative to conventional osteotomes.
Bone expansion and condensation with special screws.
A controlled and standardized dilation of the horizontal resorbed bone and a gentle desification of the cancellous bone are performed.
The alveolar arch can be optimally prepared for insertion of implants without removal of existing bone and complicated horizontal or vertical bone transplantation.
